    Ton does not simply tell people to communicate better, think critically, or become stronger leaders. His experiences give them opportunities to practice those skills in the room.

    Through guided discussion, meaningful activities, personal storytelling, reflection, and practical commitments, participants become part of the experience rather than passive listeners.

    Questions before bringing Ton into your room?

    Every audience and event is different. Here are a few things organizers often want to know before starting the conversation.

    What kinds of events does Ton lead?
    Ton designs keynotes, workshops, retreats, conferences, staff-development sessions, youth and young-adult experiences, faith-based gatherings, and multi-session team experiences. The format is adapted to the audience, setting, available time, and desired outcomes.
    Are Ton’s experiences customized?
    Yes. Ton begins by learning about the people in the room, what they are navigating, and what the organizer hopes will happen afterward. He can adapt an existing signature experience, combine multiple themes, or design something specifically for the event.
    Is this a traditional lecture?
    No. Ton’s experiences are participatory by design. Depending on the audience and setting, they may include storytelling, guided conversation, hands-on activities, reflection, small-group discussion, and practical commitments.
    What group sizes can Ton work with?
    Ton has worked with intimate groups, organizational teams, school audiences, retreats, and conferences with more than 500 attendees. The level and style of participation are adapted to the size of the room.
    Does Ton work with both faith-based and non-faith-based organizations?
    Yes. Faith-community experiences can be explicitly Christian and Catholic-rooted. Organizational, workforce, public-sector, and community experiences are thoughtfully adapted to the people, purpose, and setting without introducing religious content unless requested.
    Where is Ton based? Does he travel?
    Ton is based in both Seattle and Dallas–Fort Worth, so schools and organizations in Washington and North Texas can book him without travel costs. He also travels nationwide for conferences, retreats, and events, and travel details are simply added to the booking.
    How much does an experience cost?
    Pricing depends on the format, preparation, event length, audience size, customization, location, and travel requirements. After learning about the event, Ton will provide a clear proposal outlining the experience and investment.
    What happens after I submit an inquiry?
    Ton will follow up to learn more about your audience, challenges, goals, and event details. From there, he will recommend an existing experience or help shape a customized option that fits the room.

    Every experience is thoughtfully designed around your audience, goals, and the outcomes agreed upon before the event. If you feel the experience did not deliver what was agreed to, contact Ton within seven days and he will work with you to make it right.
